I have become a knitting addict

I am turning into my Mother! Someone please help me, and while your thinking about that could you also tell me your secrets for stashing yarn in an efficient way. My bedroom looks like I recently sheered a sheep! I am possessed with felting, If I could get my poor husband in the washer I would, just to see what he would look like felted. My son from the air-force called me the other day and asked what I was doing, I replied knitting, he answered with "Are you that old " I did not take that as a complement. We have a German Sheppard that thinks she is human and a Cat that thinks she is a dog, they fit in our family quite well. I am taking my first sweater class tomorrow night, I had to stop my homework for my class to write this so I think I am done talking now.....
