The Questionnaire
1. What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with? What fibers do you absolutely *not* like? I love soft wools.
2. What do you use to store your needles/hooks in? A beautiful needle holder from a pal.
3. How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced? intermediate 1 1/2 years
4. Do you have an Amazon or other online wish list? No not yet.
5. What's your favorite scent? Food smells..HaHa..you know like cinnamon, maple sugar, sugar cookie, I'm getting hungry!
6. Do you have a sweet tooth? Favorite candy? Why yes I do! Chocolate with nuts and dove dark chocolate.
7. What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do? Do you spin? I love working in my flower garden. No I don't spin but I am a little dizzy!
8. What kind of music do you like? Can your computer/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD) Nora Jones, soft rock, Yes it can
9. What's your favorite color(s)? Any colors you just can't stand? Ohhh I like deep rich colors, I stay away from lighter colors, like baby blue, light yellow, pink, etc.
10. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets? I have a great husband we have 7 kiddos most all raised. 2 cats and 1 German Shepard that thinks she is human.
11. Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos? all but ponchos
12. What is/are your favorite item/s to knit? Sweaters, scarves, felted bags, etc.
13. What are you knitting right now? A vest with a collar out of Noro Transitions, its yummy!
14. Do you like to receive handmade gifts? Yes there great
15. Do you prefer straight or circular needles? Bamboo, aluminum, plastic? Circular and bamboo
16. Do you own a yarn winder and/or swift? Yes!
17. How old is your oldest UFO? A few months
18. What is your favorite holiday? Christmas because everyone comes home!
19. Is there anything that you collect? I love bird nests and bees, I love the shabby sheik look
20. Any books, yarns, needles or patterns out there you are dying to get your hands on? What knitting magazine subscriptions do you have? I have some self help books.
21. Are there any new techniques you'd like to learn? Felted flowers.
22. Are you a sock knitter? What are your foot measurements? Yes I'm learning and my foot is 9 1/2
